(Easy Chicken Wing Recipes)
Crispy Chicken Drummettes
Wings:
2 cups corn Chex, crushed to ¾ cup
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
¼ teaspoon lemon pepper or black pepper
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 ½ pounds chicken wings
Dipping Sauce:
1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam or apricot jam
¼ cup chili sauce
To prepare chicken wings, preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease baking pan. In shallow dish, combine cereal, parsley and pepper; set aside. Place teriyaki sauce in separate shallow dish. Roll wings in teriyaki sauce and then cereal mixture. Place wings in prepared pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes until lightly browned.
To prepare dipping sauce, in small saucepan over low heat, combine jam and chili sauce; heat until warm. Makes about 18 servings.

Baked Buffalo Wings
4 lbs wings
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 ¾ teaspoons salt
1 ½ teaspoons cayenne
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
2 scallions, chopped
5 teaspoons vinegar
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
8 celery sticks
Preheat oven to 425*F. In a large bowl combine the wings, oil, garlic, 1 ½ teaspoons salt, and cayenne. Arrange the wings in a single layer on two large sheet pans. Bake until just done, about 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, scallions, 1 teaspoon vinegar, ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper.
In a large bowl combine the ketchup, 4 teaspoons vinegar and Tabasco sauce. Add the wings and toss to coat. Serve the wings with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing alongside.
Hawaiian Wings
2 pounds wings
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
4 green onions, chopped
Flour wings the night before and store in paper bag in the refrigerator. Fry wings in 1 inch oil to light brown. Cool. Mix soy sauce, sugar, garlic, oil, sesame seeds and onions. Dip wings into sauce and place on cookie sheet. Warm in oven to set sauce and reheat wings.
